Armageddon season 1

Welcome back to a season of war in the Grimdark 40K universe.

Entry to league is £40 per player and includes:

• 9 games (plus play offs)
  
• Top general gifts

Join us over 5 months and test your skills as a general over 9 games.

We will fill the divisions using returning generals previous finishing spots, new generals may be assigned other companies based on Chapter Master Ben & Inquisitor Chips recommendation. We will do our utmost to ensure players are matched with people of commensurate skill levels.

Each game ROUND will consist of:

• Match-ups to be announced on Sunday (ROUND Schedule below)
• Game size 2000pts (list can change from game to game)
• Table layout announced
• 2 weeks to contact and arrange to play your opponent
• All games must be played at Incom Gaming
• Scores must be submitted in the Facebook messenger group/Discord (details and TBC but you must be able to access this group to play in the league

ROUND Dates:

League Season 3:

• 5/10 - ROUND 1
• 19/10 - ROUND 2
• 2/11- ROUND 3
• 16/11 - ROUND 4
• 30/11 - ROUND 5 - (Faction change optional at this point, until end of season)
• 14/12 - ROUND 6 (3 week round for Crimbo Holiday)
• 4/1/27 - ROUND 7
• 18/1 - ROUND 8
• 1/2 - ROUND 9
  • 15th February Playoffs

Please note a commitment to play all your games is essential when booking onto a league like this. Please only book with serious intent to play all your games.

Tables:

We will be using the terrain layouts from the GW Mission Deck and these must be adhered to. 

Armies:

Players are to choose their faction for the start of league. Lists are to be created for each ROUND from that faction for the season up to 2,000pts.

This army is to be drawn from the latest publication for your army available. All currently published official FAQ’s are to be adhered to. Rules and points will update in line with data slates and the most recent MFM, dates TBC from any Codex releases.

Scoring & Secondaries:

Scoring for the games will be using the Armageddon Mission Pack. This means that both Flexible and Tactical Secondaries can be used.

League points will be awarded as follows:

• Win 3 points
• Draw 2 points 
• Loss 0 points

End of Season

League 1, 2 & 3* bottom General is relegated and next 2 lowest placings enter play off with loser relegated.

League 2, 3 & 4* Highest general is automatically promoted to league above and 2nd and 3rd highest placed Generals will enter play off for promotion.

• Final Leagues decided on player participations numbers.

Byes

Life gets in the way sometimes. We may be having holidays or work commitments or needy wives/husbands. Unfortunately this happens so you may not get your game in. If you cannot get your game in in the 2 week window and they can be arranged for a later date that is fine. If you are away for a period of time let Ben, Steve, Chip or Will know so we can look at the fixtures and try and plan accordingly.

Please note if you book a table and fail to turn up/alert us both players will be deducted 2 league points
