Events and Cancellations Policies

Tables for board games, RPG's, card games & miniature tabletop are is available to use during Incom Gaming opening hours. Please visit our booking page to check times and table availability.

Daily casual gaming session times are listed in the booking page. Please note session finish times, 5pm for daytime & 11pm for evenings.

Cut off for booking is 1 hour prior to opening or 5pm for evenings. A £2 surcharge is applied at the till for non booked arrivals. Bookings are per person (unless stated otherwise in event page).

Casual Gaming sessions are non-refundable. Incom Gaming reserves the right to transfer the booking, or not, to another date with sufficient notice & reason given.

Incom Gaming is a Licensed venue, I.D. is required to purchase alcohol. Only snacks & beverages purchased* from Incom Gaming may be consumed on the premises.

*Exception to our food & drinks policy are beverages included in Fast food meals, supplied in a single use disposable container. 

Incom Gaming Ltd reserves the rights to offer extra discounts to Active Players. An Active Player is a customer who regularly attends weekly casual or organised play sessions at Incom Gaming (Excludes Pre Release and Championship/Qualifier events).

Qualification for Active Player rewards:

  • Attendance to a game with 2 sessions per week (e.g. Pokemon)-  2 visits over 4 weeks
  • Attendance to a game with 1 weekly session (e.g. Flesh & Blood/Lorcana)- 2 visits over 6 weeks.

E.g. Over a 4 week month there can be 4 Casual and 4 Organised play sessions for Pokemon TCG, to qualify as an Active Player for additional discounts a customer has to have attended 2 or more sessions over the previous 4 weeks to receive Active Player Benefits. 

For 1 day events, cancellations made less than a 2 weeks prior to the event will not be refunded unless your ticket can be resold. Any refund will be made at the discretion of Incom Gaming

For 2 day or more events, cancellations made less than a month prior to the event start will not be refunded unless your ticket can be resold. Any refund will be made at the discretion of Incom Gaming

Event tickets are non transferable without permission from Incom Gaming. 

Incom Gaming reserves the right to issue Store credit for cancellation up to 100% of ticket price.
