At this time Incom Gaming does not ship out of the U.K.

Incom Gaming offers several methods of shipping:

  • Select 'IN STORE COLLECTION'  at check our and you will be notified when you order (even part orders) is ready for collection.

    If you require Saturday delivery, please email, message or put a note in the order. We will get back in contact with a quote for quote on Guaranteed Parcelforce Saturday delivery.

    We aim to ship orders with 24hr shipping same day placed by 15:00 (due to Royal Mail collection times) order placed after will ship next day.

Delivery Delays

Incom Gaming's standard shipping service is via Royal Mail 48Hr Tracked.

Deliveries should arrive within 2-5 working days of being posted. If yours still hasn't arrived then please consider these actions:

Is it less than 5 working days since the item was posted to you?

Hold on, it's probably on its way but may have been held up by unusual circumstances at Royal Mail sorting centres .

Between 5 and 14 working days since the item was posted to you?

If so, your mail is officially delayed and you should check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any out side spaces you might have where mail may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection. (Although Royal Mail are not supposed to leave tracked parcels sometimes the postie just trying to be helpful).

If 14 working days passed since the item was posted to you?

The Royal Mail will now class your item as lost. You must email us clearly declaring that you have not received the item. We will use this email as evidence in our claim for a lost item and you may be contacted by the Royal Mail in regard to this. Incom Gaming after resolution of claim from Royal Mail may offer a replacement or alternative, if a replacement can not be supplied a full refund will be issued.

NOTE: Incom Gaming will not refund or replace items that the Royal Mail may have lost until after 21 working days have passed. After 14 days we will make a claim for compensation. Incom Gaming will not offer a refund in the situations where a proof of delivery can be provided.

Important information

For items we have 'IN STOCK" (as displayed on our web store) we aim dispatch the next working day, Monday to Friday (Royal Mail do not collect at weekends). 

For items we do not have in stock and showing 'AVAILABLE TO ORDER'(as displayed on our web store). These items are not currently in stock but can be ordered from suppliers. Please note the restock date, can change daily. You will be notified when your order is ready to ship. (Please note this is also subject to supplier availability)

For items showing 'Pre Order'(as displayed on our web store) these items have not yet been released and your order will be processed when stock becomes available on release. Please note that many manufacturers such as Games Workshop have strict embargoes on release dates which means that products cannot be shipped to arrive before said date.

Order containing pre-ordered new releases along with other items, will be held until the whole order is ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive your items in two shipments, please order them separately.

  • RETURNS POLICY

    Incom Gaming's returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

    Paints, Glues, Aerosols

    Items not purchased form Incom Gaming Ltd.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery/sale

    FREE RETURNS:

    Incom Gaming will arrange and cover the cost of returning items shipped in error by Incom Gaming.

  • Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Cancelled and Returned orders that were eligible for FREE SHIPPING will have shipping costs deducted from total amount refunded. 

    Orders containing products specifically obtained for customers. Cancellation of order may result in up to only a 50% refund, INCOM GAMING reserves the right to not allow cancellations on products specifically obtained for customers.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@incomgaming.co.uk.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@incomgaming.co.uk and send your item to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
