This a 3 game tournament of BB7s held at Incom Gaming, in Cheltenham.

Ticket Price: £5

Majestic trophies abound for 1st, 2nd & 3rd with a team of your choice for the winner.  Spot prizes will be majestic and available for whatever whim takes Chip’s  fancy

Chip is the ringmaster of all things Incom Gaming, he sees more of the greybeards at the club than his own children and we want to celebrate his sacrifice through the medium of Bloodbowl!

Before each game the player choses one player on the oppositions team and they then roll on the below table and apply the result to the selected player for the duration of the match. The player chosen does not have to be on the table

The trials of running a FLGS is myriad and every frustrating, for ever 100 satisfied customers there is one who needs 13 different shades of black or some obscure Japanese card game released in the 1970’s. The results below reflect some the challenges Chip navigates on a daily basis, you only have to put up with for 12 rounds of Bloodbowl!

So quit your moaning and cowboy up, last one to roll a GFI is a Snotling’s loincloth…

1 - Outraged at yet another customer who doesn’t know their own address chip erupts into a fit of rage - Player gains the Frenzy skill

2 - “Who put that bloody box there!?’ Navigating the Incom HQ with its 7 different floor levels is still a challenge for our hero - Player gains -1MV

3 -  School night drinking is never big or clever but it is fun! However it also leaves Chip feeling a touch delicate - Player gains -1AV

4 - The week prior to a new release is more a case of keeping people in line and away from the new shiny toys until the correct day, Chip is a master at fending off these plastic crack fiends - Player gains the Fend skill

5 - Sometimes Chip drives but sometimes he cycles, luckily for you today is a cycling day - Player gains +1MV

6 - After 56 years Chip finally gets a day off but has to Wrestle Mrs Chip (who is lovely we hasten to add) for the TV controller. Despite never winning he is getting better and only cry 1/4 of the time - Player gains the Wrestle skill

7- On the final day of his long week Chip gets an extra spring in his step - Players gains +1 Agi

8- Despite mainly living on a diet of pot noddles and those weird trail mix bags (I stand buy this comment, its basically rabbit food) Chip is fond of a good steak, Beef, Grox or Squid he doesn’t care - Player gains +1 str

Coaches: Current numbers are set at 16, if we get sufficient interest to go to 24 we will ask for NAF approval

Building your team:

All rules for team construction can be found on pg.91 of Death Zone 2020 edition (DZ) but below is a brief summary.

Coaches have 600k to purchase players for their team. Coaches must purchase a minimum of 7 players and can go up to a maximum of 11 players. All 27 NAF approved teams can be used.

Teams may have no more than 4 specialist players i.e. a player who is not one of the 0-12 or 0-16 options. In addition, teams may take no more than 2 of the same specialist e.g. Humans may hire 2 Blitzer, 1 Thrower and 1 Catcher for instance, but they cannot hire 4 Blitzers. Vampire, Ogres and Chaos teams are exempt from this rule.

You may purchase any of the inducements listed on pg.93 of DZ except mercenary players; they have much better things to be doing than turning out with your bunch of denigrates and half-wits!

Star Players & legendary coaching staff are not allowed – Frankly the skill level isn’t worth the wear and tear on their cleats!

Rerolls cost double the normal amount. For example, rerolls on an Elf Union team cost 100k.

Tier 1 teams – 0! If you need extra skills with this group maybe you should reconsider your life choices.

Amazons, Chaos Dwarfs, Dark Elfs, Dwarfs, Imperial Nobility, Norse, Old World Alliance, Orcs, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elfs

Tier 2 teams – 1 Normal Skill

Chaos Renegades, Elf Union, High Elfs, Humans, Khorne, Lizardmen, Necromantic

Tier 3 teams – 2 Normal skills

Chaos, Khemri, Nurgle, Slann, Underworld,

Tier 4 teams – 1 Double and 2 Normal Skills

Goblins, Vampires, Halflings, Ogres, Snotlings, stunty Lizards, stunty Underworld

There are a few skill rules to be aware of –

Leader is not allowed as a skill choice

All teams reset after each match.
